| 摘 要： | 本文在运用自组织理论对现代大型制造企业管理系统进行耗散结构分析的基础上．提出了现代大型制造企业的自组织管理模式，并通过企业目标、组织结构、工作标准、业务流程、考核指标体系和激励约束机制六个关键功能／结构序参量对模式做出了进一步描述。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the analysis of dissipative structure in the system management model of large modem manufacturing corpora- tion from self-organization has been made. Then the management model of large modem manufacturing corporation was pointed out. And it was described in detail by six key function-structure ordinal-parameters of corporation aim, organization structure, work standard, business flow, system of assess target, stimulating and restraining staff initiative. |
