摘    要:企业变革成功,必须要建立一个基于现实的变革管理模型,正确界定变革的对象(即管理者)、明确变革的内容(即针对事而不仅针对人,针对机会而不仅针对问题),进而确定变革的目标(应是渐进的和切实的)。

Abstract:Recognizing and complying change is the foundation of the enterprise living. The traditional changing management theory has not taken the positive effort in the real management domain. The reason of this is that the theory is not based on the reality. To set up a changing management system which based on the reality should give the fight comprehension to changing objection, make sure of the changing content and set the reasonable changing goal.
