| Abstract: | Presently, the corporate governance in China focus mainly on its structure governance, while how to make corporate governance more efficient by making use of financial supervision system is still a problem needed to be solved. Allowing for this, this paper discusses such problems as how to set the objective guidance of just-in-time financial supervision, to construct the structure model, the timely response system, and the construction of the main neuron system, in order to solve the problem of inefficiency. |
