| 摘 要： | 物流活动对环境造成的负面影响随着经济的快速发展而加剧，从而对社会经济的可持续发展产生消极的影响。因此，从环境的角度对物流体系进行改进，形成绿色物流管理系统，是21世纪新的物流管理趋势。本文阐述了绿色物流的三大理论基础，分析了中国绿色物流的现状和存在的问题，并从政府和企业的角度出发提出实施绿色物流管理的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The negative influence to the environment caused by logistics activities turns worse along with the rapid development of economy, thus producing negative influence to sustainable development of society and economy. Carrying on an improvement to the logistics system in the angle of environment to form green logistics system is new logistics management trend in 21 century.This essay elaborates the three theoritical foundation of the green logistics, analyzing the present condition and problems of Chinese green logistics, and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to carry out green logistics in the angle of government and enterprises. |
