| 摘 要： | 本文通过对企业管理模式和交易费用关系的经济学分析，对我国民营企业在创业和成熟阶段可能选择的管理模式进行了深入探讨。由于企业组织、企业产权、委托代理和企业制度等因素的综合影响，大多数民营企业选择家族管理模式，从而使企业的交易费用最小。

| Abstract: | This thesis discusses the possible enterprise managing mode of private enterprise for choice in China during founding and mature period, through economically analyzing the relationship of enterprise manage mode and transaction expenses. Because there are synthetically effects of factors about organization, property rights, trust-agent and system etc, most of private enterprise choose family managing mode, so that the transaction expenses of enterprise are minimum. |
