基于协调供应链的结盟型供应商选择评价模型

本文简要总结了供应商评判研究的历史及现状，从协调供应链理论的角度出发，提出协调供应链下选择结盟型供应商的三阶段过程模型，并建立了选择结盟阶段结盟型供应商评价指标体系。借助层次分析法建立了结盟型供应商的模糊层次评判模型，通过实际算例表明，该评判模型为协调供应链中结盟型供应商选择提供了有效的解决途径。

Choosing and Evaluating Model for Alliance Supplier Based on Coordinated Supply Chain

This paper briefly summarizes the study history and actuality on judging supplier ; Three-stages process model is lodged to select alliance supplier based on coordinated supply chain from the angle of its theory ,and then a index system which is used to evaluate alliance supplier at the choosing and allying stage is established,The fuzzy hiberarchy evaluation model for alliance supplier is constructed by virtue of AHP. A case from reality shows the model provide a effective method for core enterprise who want to evaluate and choose alliance supplier with the view of establishing coordinated supply chain.
