| 摘 要： | 在对河北省52个贫困县进行细致调研的基础上，通过分析研究认为：贫困地区脱贫致富、实现小康，需要内力与外力共振。内力是依托自身的资源和优势，外力需要各种扶持。从扶贫开发的角度，阐述了贫困地区脱贫致富奔小康的具体办法。

| Abstract: | Based on the detail survey from 52 poor counties in Hebei, it is considered that getting rid of poverty, setting out on the road to prosperity and realizing the well to do level in the poverty stricken need both internal and external forces The internal force is to rely on one's own resource and advantage; the external force needs various kinds of support This paper has explained the concrete methods of getting rid of poverty, setting out on the road to prosperity and striving for a relatively comfortable life in the poverty stricken areas |
