The Status Analysis of Shougang Internal Control System with ERP Implementation

In recent years,Shougang has adopted informational measures to make internal control,constructed enterprise internal control system under the environment,significantly improved the efficiency of corporate control and has made good results through eliminating duplicate operations,optimizing the organizational structure and restructuring corporation business processes.At the same time,the implementation of ERP system also brought some new situations and new problems for enterprise internal control and needs to strengthen the loopholes preventing and improve the control system under the new operating environment.
