| 摘 要： | 在相关文献分析的基础上，通过对质量管理实践和企业绩效的界定，利用对苏州、南京和徐州三地企业的调查资料，探究质量管理实践对企业绩效的影响，并对一些学者的研究结果进行验证。结果显示，质量培训、流程管理、顾客关系等9项质量管理实践对企业绩效有显著影响，不支持管理者承诺对企业绩效有显著影响的观点。

| Abstract: | How to explain the relation between quality management and performance is an essential theme for today＇ s quality management researchers. Through a detailed analysis of literature, we use a survey of finns from Suzhou,Nanjing and Xuzhou to analysis the relationship between quality management practices and business performance and to validate some empirical studies. The result shows that nine quality management practices, such as quality training, process management, customer relationship and so on, have significant effect on the business performance. And the author does not support the viewpoint that business performance is greatly influenced by the manager commitment |
