重庆市财政科技投入与技术创新关系的实证研究

文章利用协整分析和Granger因果检验对1997-2012年重庆市财政科技投入与技术创新的关系进行实证检验,结果发现:尽管重庆市财政科技投入与技术创新各自都不具备平稳性,但它们之间具备长期均衡的协整关系。短期看,技术创新不是财政科技投入的Granger原因,财政科技投入是技术创新的Granger原因,两者之间的协整关系中,财政科技投入明显处于主导地位;长期关系中两者互为Granger原因。

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Fiscal Investment in Science and Technology and Technology Innovation in Chongqing City

Based on the data of Chongqing City from year of 1997 to 2012,this paper makes an empirical study on the relation-ship between fiscal investment in science and technology and technology innovation by applying co-integration analysis and Granger causality test. The results show that：Although the fiscal investment in science and technology and technology innova-tion fluctuate respectively in Chongqing,the long term relationship between them is stable and co-integrative. In a short term, technology innovation is not a Granger cause of fiscal investment in science and technology, but fiscal investment in science and technology is a Granger cause of technology innovation. Fiscal investment in science and technology is in a dominant posi-tion in their co-integration relationship. However,the two are mutually Granger causes in their long term relationship.
