| 摘 要： | 文章通过问卷采集长兴四类集群制造企业按重要性、主动性、紧急性三个属性对各自外部利益相关者的评分,将其外部利益相关者分成核心利益相关者、蛰伏利益相关者、边缘利益相关者三类.揭示出现代中介服务企业、金融机构尚未被长兴集群制造企业摆放到核心利益相关者的位置上,政府发挥的服务功能还有很大空间,指出它们应是产业群由加工制造型向创新型转型应着力构建合作关系的对象.
