| Abstract: | This paper elaborately analyses the advatages and potetiality for the development of sand industry in desert regions of Heilongjiang Province and points out that the problems such as resources capitalization,suitable applying of science and technology,population urbanization,raising the quality of population and supporting of policy are needed to be soved during the development of sand industry in desert regions of Heilongjiang Province. |
