The global financial crisis affects the world＇s economy seriously. Due to its influences, since second half of 2008, the pace of economic growth has been slow down and the global trade amount has been reduced. The financial crisis struck the world＇s economy on capital market and real market. Service outsourcing industry is also facing severe situation, however, the opportunities does also exist.
