Current Situation and Policy Recommendations on the Development of Bank Exchange Rate Hedging Product in Heilongjiang Province

After the restart of the reform of the exchange rate, consciousness of avoid risks of various types of economic main body increases significantly, leading to a more urgent needs of the exchange rate risk hedging product. The paper started with the current situation of exchange rate hedging products in Heilongjiang, analyses with case, comprehensive evaluated characteristics of currently used hedging product, analyzed effect on the international balance of payments and cross-border capital flow. From the national supervision, management of bank and enterprise level, analyzed restriction factors of the development of the bank exchange rate hedging products and put forward the related policy proposal in order to well support and strengthen the bank exchange rate hedging services.
