| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国民营经济所处的环境条件发生了巨大变化，有力地促进了民营经济的快速发展。但是，一些制约民营经济发展的环境障碍依然存在。为此，从观念到制度都要实现新的突破，进一步优化民营经济发展环境。

| Abstract: | Since China started its reform and open-door policy, grate changes have been taken place in China's private economic environment effectively which much promoted the private economic development. However, there are still some environment barriers restricting private economic development. So, it should be achieved a new breakthrough and more optimized development environment of private e-conomy from the conception of the system. |
