高校房屋资产科学化管理探索

伴随我国高校近十年大学学生扩招,高校固定资产投入在这一特殊时期也相应不断增加,从教学用地征地、校园校区规划扩大、校园各种房屋建设与改造,到配套的各种实验设备工、器、具等,都有较大规模投入。房屋建设在整体固定资产投入中占有较大比例,扩建不仅给高校带来发展,同时也对高校固定资产管理特别是房屋资产管理提出了更高要求。本文就高校房屋资产在新形势下如何高效、有序、安全、健康发展并发挥其效应,向科学化管理迈进,为学校当好家、管好家,结合工作实际对高校房屋资产管理进行深入探究,为高校房屋资产管理在新形势下更好更快的发展献计献策。

Study on the Exploration of Scientific Management of the Tenement Assets in Universities

With the domestic expansion of enrollment in universities in recent ten years, there is more investment in the fixed assets in the special period. The scale has become larger and larger from the expropriation of land for teaching, the project of schoolyard, the reformation of the teaching building to the experimental equipment. The construction of buildings, especially, takes a large properation in the investment of the whole fixed assets. The ex- ploration not only brings the development of universities, but also proposes the higher requirement for the manage- ment of the fixed assets, most of all the management of the buildings. The thesis focuses on how to make the build- ing assets of universities develop efficiently, organizedly, safely and thus to play its effect, tending to the scientific management, benefitting for the universities. It makes a further exploration of the management for the fixed assets combining with the actual work, attempting to make contribution to the managerial work in universities.
