| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着我国发电企业的投资加大，发电企业整体资产负债率急剧升高，通过分析发电企业应收账款特点，结合应收账款信托案例，设计了发电企业应收账款信托模式，为发电企业实现资产融资、降低资产负债率提供了新思路。

| Abstract: | With ever-increasing investment in China＇ s electric power industry in recent years, the asset-liability ratio of the whole power industry rises rapidly. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the accounts receivable of the power industry based on a number of accounts receivable trust cases, and then designs a new model of accounts receivable trust for power generation enterprises, thus providing some suggestions for the enterprises to realize efficient financing and reduce the asset-liability ratio. |
