| 摘 要： | 自主创新是发展中国家调整经济结构和提高国家竞争力的必然选择.我国正处于走新型工业化道路的关键时期,研究评测正业企业自主创新能力指标体系的理论与应用尚处于起步阶段,研究成果有限,研究内容也在不断探索中.文章基于此背景,分析了国内外"创新"指标设计领域的研究现状,阐述了自主创新能力评测指标体系的设计思路,从深度和广度方面设计了影响创新能力的指标体系的测度框架,构建四川省工业企业创新能力的评价指标体系.
