| 摘 要： | 文章对地勘单位现阶段矿业权的管理、维护及开发问题进行了分析 ,在此基础上 ,提出了矿业权逐步实行招拍挂以后如何进行矿业权的管理和运作 ,并结合地勘单位的生存、发展和企业化 ,提出了要依法登记、依法管理、以权养权、以权生权、走滚动发展的思路。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the management, maintenance and exploitation of existing mining rights in geological prospecting units. On this basis, it raises a question, i.e., how to manage and operate mining rights after they have gradually been invited, auctioned and hanged out. Further more, in light of the survival and development of geological prospecting units as well as their running as enterprises, it proposes several concrete countermeasures. |
