| 摘 要： | 项目实施是否顺利与被实施对象的客观情况有着密切的联系,因此,对项目实施对象的选择直接影响了项目的成功。提出了选择项目实施对象的指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价方法对项目实施对象进行评价,从而选择出最佳的实施对象。最后通过一个实例说明了该方法的应用。

| Abstract: | The successfulness of project implementation is closely related to the implemented object, therefore, the selection of objects is crucial to the success of the project. This article proposed a set of criteria in selecting proper objects, and used the fuzzy Integrated evaluation method to evaluate the objects. Finally, a practical example is given to illustrate the application of this method. |
