| 摘 要： | 随着诉讼制度的改革，尤其是最高人民法院《关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》司法解释的实施，人们的法律观正由实体公正向程序公正转变，法律事实已成为司法实践中适用法律的依据。该文时法律事实的界定、法律事实在司法实践中的运用及认定制度进行了论述。

| Abstract: | With the reform of legal proceeding system,especially the implementation of the judicial interpretation of Some Regulations Concerning Civil Evidences by the Supreme People's Court,people's legal sense is being converted from substantial justice to procedural justice,and legal facts have become the basis of law application in judicial practice. The paper discusses the definition, the application in judicial practice and the determination of juridical facts. |
