论非公有制林业的地位与作用

非公有制经济现已成为市场经济的重要组成部分。通过对非公有制林业产业的资本集聚、投资额、企业发展数量与产值等指标的分析表明,非公有制林业企业已成为新时期林业发展的突破口,是我国林业经济发展的重要力量。由于非公有制林业企业快速发展,其产品产量的增长不仅丰富和满足国内市场的需求,同时也为出口创汇作出了贡献;同时对带动农村产业结构调整、加速农民脱贫致富、增加农村剩余劳力就业机会以及为林业国企改革等方面发挥了积极作用。

The Role of Non-public Forestry

Because of rapid development of non-public forestry, its increment of production can be enough to meet the demands of national market. It plays a significant role in the exporting goods to earn foreign currency. And it also promotes the adjustment of agricultural industry structure and better off farmers' livelihoods, gives more employment to rural surplus labor force and speeds up the reform of forestry state-owned farms.
