近几年我国证券业正反两方面的经验教训充分表明,如果公司治理有缺陷,内部控制弱化,公司的经营活动中就会不断积聚风险,公司的创新和发展更是不可能。该文就我国公司法人治理存在的普遍缺陷,提出了规范我国证券公司法人治理结构的思路。
