我国央行培训绩效评估研究

摘    要:培训绩效评估是现代培训制度的重要组成部分,培训效果四级评估理论在国内外得到广泛应用。借鉴国际相关培训绩效评估理论,结合我国央行培训工作实际,从基本原则、方案设计、方法选择、指标体系设计等方面探索构建央行培训绩效评估体系,有利于改进和完善央行培训绩效评估。

Abstract:Training performance evaluation constitutes an important component of modern training system. The Four -category Training Effect Evaluation Theory is widely used at home and abroad. Drawing on international relevant training performance evaluation theories and combining them with the training practice of People's Bank of China, this paper explored the construction of our central bank training performance evaluation system from the basic principles ,program designing, methods selection and index system designing ,which is conducive to improving and perfecting our central bank training performance evaluation.
