| 摘 要： | 文章在界定了传统物流企业和现代物流企业的内涵基础上,在对现代物流进行分类后设计了传统物流企业向现代物流企业的转型模式,为转型企业提供可选择途径。通过解决企业转型中出现的模式选择问题和选择哪种现代物流企业形式的问题,从而达到发现、培育和提升传统物流企业新的核心竞争力的目的。

| Abstract: | The article defined the traditional logistics enterprises and modern logistics enterprises.
