| Abstract: | Position, management style, governance structure and governance mechanism of state-owned enterprises are quite different in different countries. After comparing corporate governance of state-owned enterprises in different countries, this paper provides lessons from both successes and failures to help the improvement and perfection of corporate governance of state-owned enterprises in China. |
