节水型社会背景下杭州水资源定价研究

本文选取水资源价格作为研究对象,从水资源作为公共资源出发,用模糊数学的方法建立水资源价格模型,通过运用实证分析(以杭州地区居民生活用水价格为例)探讨了获取模型参数的方法,指出合理水价的构成,根据现有数据选取相关参数,通过模糊矩阵符合运算预测未来几年杭州市水资源价格水平。

Hangzhou Water Pricing Research under the Background of Water-saving Society

Taking the water price as the research object and starting from the water as a kind of public resource, this paper used the method of fuzzy mathematics to establish water price model, explored ways of obtaining model parameters through the empirical analysis （taking residential water price in Hangzhou as an example）, and pointed out the composition of a reasonable price. Finally, it predicted the future price level of water in Hangzhou in the next few years through fuzzy matrices match operation, based on the relevant parameters selected from the available data.
