摘    要:小湾水电站导流洞围堰及岩埂爆破拆除是截流的关键,此次爆破,拆除方量巨大,距需保护的建(构)筑物很近,且工况复杂。爆破拆除采用了高单耗、低单响的设计思路,使用高精度雷管,保证了爆堆和最低缺口的形成。整个爆破总装药量55t,共爆破2.9万m^3,最大单响药量108kg,平均炸药单耗1.897kg/m^3,各结构体的基础质点振动速度均控制在15cm/s以内,圆满完成了围岩及岩埂的爆破拆除。

Abstract:It is a key problem to truncate stream of explosive demolition of cofferdam and rock-dyke of water conveyance tunnel on Xiaowan Hydropower Station, the cubage of the blasting demolition is enormous, the cofferdam is very close to the protected object, and the condition of cofferdam is complicated. The design thought of high consume dynamite and low single fire dynamite was adopted in this blasting, high precision detonator was used, assured the realization of blasting body and lowermost gap. The overall dynamite is 55 t, volume is 29 thousands m3, the most single fire dynamite is 108 kg,average dynamite consume is 1.897 kg/m3,the base particle vibration velocity of every structure object was controlled below 15 cm/s, the blasting is very successful.
