| 摘 要： | 本文就明代的财政体制与社会的基层自治问题进行探讨,并从这个角度解释明朝财政失败的原因。笔者认为明代封闭的财政和管制体系是其最终失败的直接原因,然而其具有自治特点的乡村保甲制度与宗法制度是冻结社会经济发展并且使财政逐步恶化的根本原因。
