首先,在梳理了相关文献的基础上,归纳总结了森林碳汇的相关概念、森林碳汇的计量方法、森林碳汇的效益。其次,阐述了中国森林碳汇市场需求不足的现状。再次,对森林碳汇需求及其影响因素进行研究分析。其中,企业森林碳汇需求主要受内部特征因素、外部动力因素和市场机制三大因素影响;社会公众需求主要受个人特征因素、主观意识因素和外部条件因素三大因素影响。最后,提出要加强森林碳汇需求方面的研究等建议。

Research of Forest Carbon Sink Demand in China

⑴ Background——China launched a nationwide carbon trading market in 2017,but the demand for forest carbon sinks is far from sufficient and there is no market for forest carbon sink supply.Under this background,the topics about the current situation of China's forest carbon sink demand,the factors that affect the shortage of forest carbon sink demand and how to stimulate the demand for forest carbon sinks are worth discussing.It is of great significance to solve the mismatch between supply and demand of forest carbon sinks.⑵ Methods——Based on the existing literature on China's forest carbon sink demand,the problem of insufficient forest carbon sink demand in China is studied in combination with the data and management methods of the carbon exchanges.⑶ Results——Forest carbon sink has become an important way to reduce greenhouse gas emission due to its good ecological,social and economic benefits,but according to China's commitment to reduce emissions at the Copenhagen Climate Conference and the current situation of emission reduction,the pressure of carbon emission reduction in China is great,and the demand for forest carbon sink trade is far from sufficient.Under the current policy environment,emission quotas are relatively loose,forest carbon sinks are not included in quota management,and the market has more restrictions on forest carbon sinks participating in transactions.These rules all lead to insufficient demand for forest carbon sinks.From the perspective of the demand subject,there are also some specific factors that affect the demand for forest carbon sinks.First of all,the demand for forest carbon sink in China has formed two major demand types,which are the enterprise demand and the public demand.Enterprise demand mainly refers to enterprises that choose to purchase forest carbon sinks based on emission reduction costs or their own social responsibility.Social public demand mainly refers to individuals who consume forest carbon sinks based on their own environmental awareness.Secondly,the enterprise demand for forest carbon sequestration is affected by three major factors:Internal characteristics,external environment and market mechanism.Finally,the public demand for forest carbon sequestration is affected by personal characteristics,subjective cognition and external market environment.Although the researches on forest carbon sink demand have conducted by different scholars and gained some achievement,at the same time,whether from the research content,research perspective or research methods,the researches on forest carbon sink demand are not inadequate and not in-depth.In addition,the demand for forest carbon sink varies greatly among regions and at a low level.Under the background that the supply of forest carbon sink must be strictly in accordance with the established methodology,how to change the situation that there is no market for forest carbon sink and strengthen the researches on forest carbon sink demand and stimulate the demand for forest carbon sinks are the urgent problems at present.⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——We should strengthen the researches on forest carbon sink demand by expanding the research perspectives of forest carbon sink demand,enriching the research content of forest carbon sink demand and introducing new methods of forest carbon sink demand research.Besides,the demand for forest carbon sink market can be stimulated by tightening corporate carbon emission quotas,relaxing the restrictions on forest carbon sink participation in market and increasing the ecological compensation for forest carbon sinks.Finally,speed up the construction of a unified carbon market nationwide and improve the operation mechanism of the forest carbon sink market.
