| 摘 要： | 新世纪中国高等教育的高速扩展给财经类院校的发展带来了严峻的挑战,市场份额逐年下降和学科优势无从凸显的双重挤压,迫使财经类院校必须办出特色以求突破。明确发展定位、重视学科特色、加强高水平师资建设、培养个性化合格人才是财经类院校办学特色建设的有效举措。

| Abstract: | The rapid expansion of the Chinese higher education in the new century has posed a great challenge, Being under the pressure of both the decrease of market share year by year and the inability to distinguish their advantages in academic disciplines, universities of finance and economics must achieve their special characters for a breakthrough. Clearly defining development orientation, stressing features of academic disciplines, enhancing the training of high-level academic staff, and training qualified talents with individual characteristics, all these are the effective measures for universities of finance and economics to achieve their special characters. |
