| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国经济发展中出现的地区间市场封锁,导致跨地区经济合作难以有效开展,国内统一市场建设进程缓慢。形成这一现象的根源是地方政府为了追求行政区域利益最大化在经济发展中所采取的地区本位行为。本文分析认为,导致地区本位的原因除了历史和文化的因素外,还可以归结为地方政府职能错位、经济体制转型、地区竞争加剧和国企产权改革滞后

| Abstract: | Regional market fragmentation has presented in China since the reform and opening up to the outside world.Itrestricts the intra-national market integrating.The root lies in the local selfish-departmentalism of regional governors.The pa-per puts forward the concept of local selfish-departmentalism in intra-national market integrating and analyzes the factors thatcause the local-selfish departmentalism. |
