论电子商务活动中的电子支付问题

电子商务的资金转移主要通过电子商务在线,电子商务支付是电子商务的重要组成部分。根据传输信息内容的不同,可以把互联网上支付系统分为非数字现金支付系统和数字现金支付系统。由于运作模式的不同,各种支付系统在安全性、风险性和支付效率等方面有着不同的特点。在我国日益市场化和商务电子化的过程中,交易主体的信用观念和信用行为是健全市场环境的理性选择,支付与信用问题永远是一个值得研究的课题。基于此,本文主要对电子商务活动中电子支付系统的特点及风险、电子支付的类型和过程以及电子商务中与支付有关的银行信用问题作了相关的分析研究。

Due to different mode, every payment system has different trait in security, venture, payment efficiency and so on. In the course of increasingly marketing and electronic commerce, the credit concept and action of trade body is the nous selection to improve market environment, payment and credit are value to research for ever. The traits and risk of electronic payment system, the types and course of electronic payment and the bank credit concern with payment in electronic payment are mainly analysed and disquisited in this paper.
