| 摘 要： | 入世是一把"双刃剑",既有机遇,也有挑战。银行业的开放同样面临这个难题。本文从WT0中的金融服务贸易框架入手,分析了中国银行立法现状及其与金融服务贸易若干规则的差距,并对现行中国银行立法的修改提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The accession to the WTO is a double-edged sword:both brings opportunities and poses challenges. This is the very situation the banking industry is facing when opening to international competition. The article starts from the financial service agreement under the WTO system, looks into the disagreements between the CHINESE banking laws and relevant WTO stipulations, and suggests some measures on modification of the CHINESE banking laws. |
