| 摘 要： | This paper intends to describe how to design an optimized and effective strategic information system （SIS） by using the existing resources under the new market circumstances in China. Some feasible methods are thus proposed, which are about the design of SIS by detailed analysis of the principle requirements. The paper also puts forward the architecture and configuration of SIS in China in general.
