| 摘 要： | 本课题在藤田昌久（Masahisa Fujita）和克鲁格曼（Paul Krugman）所建立的＂空间经济学模型＂基础上加入制度变量等因素,对影响环北部湾经济圈（广西）——南北钦防城市群城市化发展的影响因素进行实证分析。结果认为,财政支出在南北钦防城市化过程中起着至关重要的作用,但目前当地政府的财政支出尚处于较低水平,因此政府应加大对本市重点企业的投资力度（或加大优惠政策）,以加快形成本市企业集群,促进本市城市化发展;鉴于南宁、北海两市本地企业的发展水平相对滞后于经济发展,因此两市还应集中力量促进本地企业向高级化方向转型;最后,南北钦防四市应积极促进本地区的对外开放程度,以促进外资对本地区城市化的发展。 |

| Abstract: | On the theory basis of the＂A Formal Model of a Spatial Economy＂,this paper empirically analyzes the path and influence factors of urban development on the Beibu Gulf Economic Rim.Besides industrialization and economic openness,this paper points out that the institutional factor is the most important factor that affects the urban development on the Beibu Gulf Economic Rim.So the government should invest more in fostering the emergence of Firm Cluster to develop local urban development. |
