| 摘 要： | 从界定工作范畴、明确责任义务、落实激励政策和追究法律责任等四个方面阐述了主要国家开展国防交通工作的法规制度,分析了主要国家落实国防交通法治的典型做法,以及相关配套机制,提出了对我国开展国防交通工作的启示建议。

| Abstract: | From the four aspects of defining work scope,clarifying responsibility and obligation,implementing incentive policy,and legal accountability,this paper expounded the systems and rules of some foreign countries in carrying out national defense transportation,analyzed their typical practice and the relevant supporting mechanism,and put forward what China could learn from them. |
