On Marxist Three Principles of Recycle Economy and Its Realizing Conditions

Although the concept of Recycle Economy has been proposed in the middle of last century, the ideal of Recycle Ecomomy is scattered obviously in Marxist works. Marx analysised the three principles： reduce, reuse and recycle detailedly in his works. As for the realizing condition Marx and Engels expatiated it from some aspects, such as, social institution,progress of science and technology, the viewpoint of authority and responsibility.
