| 摘 要： | 生态供需失衡的主要原因在于生态供给增长率小于生态需求增长率，解决生态供需矛盾必须借助经济杠杆，促进生态产业化和产业生态化，提高生态供给能力，降低生态需求水平，保持生态供给和生态需求动态均衡，实现区域经济社会可持续发展。
