缩小地区差距 构建和谐社会——沿海与内陆地区经济协调发展的思考

改革开放26年来,我国经济社会获得了长足的发展,国民经济运行良好有序,但地区经济发展不平衡(unevendevelop-ment),地区间差距呈现进一步拉大的趋势,并由此而引起的矛盾日益趋于复杂化。本文结合沿海发达地区珠海市与内陆省份欠发达地区张家界市的实际,对这种现象进行比较分析,以期作为地区经济社会的发展关系及差异比较研究的一个缩影,提出统筹国内发展,缩小地区差距,落实科学发展观,构建和谐社会的对策及建议。

Narrow district distance and construct harmonious society --thinking of inshore and inland district economy harmony development

We have made much progress in the social economy development, and. the na tional economy in our country has been running properly in the 26 years of creating out reforming and opening pelicies, but the development of regional economy is uneven. There are more considerahle disparities in different regions, thus rasing contradiction and becoming more complicated. This essay analyses the phenomenon by compating the developed coastal city Zhuhai with zhangjiajie, an undeveloped city in inland province. We hope that it can be an epitome to compare and study the relationship and difference in the development of regional social economy, so we can put forward strategies and suggestions for planning as a whole development of the country, reducing the region distinction, fulfilling scientific developing concept and setting up a harmonious society.
