高价能源的中国效应

人类即将进入高价能源时代。高价能源对中国经济社会运行发展的影响，至少表现为成本推上、增长减速、产业重构、节能减排、加速耗竭、福利摊薄等六大效应，对中国经济影响的溢出效应主要有增长动力减退效应、对外贸易转型效应、境外投资调整效应。为放大积极效应，抑制消极效应，迎接高价能源时代的挑战，除了中国加大改革调整力度以外，国际社会还应积极开展能源合作，大力开发新能源，努力推进全球性节能减排。

China Effect of High-priced Energy

Mankind is going to enter the era of high-priced energy. The impacts of high-priced energy on the development of China＇s economy and society are embodied in the following aspects ： cost will increase ; growth will slow down ; industrial structure needs to be adjusted; it is urgent to save energy and reduce emission; depletion of energy will accelerate; and welfare effect will be diluted. The spillover effects of high-priced energy on China＇ s economy are as follows ： growth momentum will decrease; foreign trade has to be transformed; and overseas investment needs to be adjusted. To expand positive effects and reduce negative effects to take the challenge of high-priced energy, China should make greater efforts to reform, and international community should carry out energy cooperation actively and develop new energy vigorously to save energy and reduce emission.
