| 摘 要： | 本文利用2006年陕西省36个行业的固定资产投入与产值的截面数据,运用数据包络分析法(DEA)的C2R模型,对不同行业的固定资产投资效率进行实证分析。结果表明:在陕西省的36个行业中,仅有石油加工及炼焦业是DEA有效,其余行业的固定资产投资效率均低于0.8,但所有行业的规模报酬都处于递增阶段。最后,针对陕西省绝大多数行业固定资产投资效率低下的成因提出了改进目标和建议。

| Abstract: | By using the data about the fixed assets investment and the industry output of 36 industries in Shanxi province in 2006, this paper empirically analyzes thc investment efficiencies of fixed assets of 36 industries by the input-oriented model of Data Envel, opment Analysis method. The result shows that：the investment efficiency of fixed assets of oil processing and coking industry is efficient ,and those of other industries in Shanxi are less than 0.8,but all in the stage of increasing returns to scale. Finally, it gives improved goals and suggestions according to the ca suses that the investment efficiencies of fixed assets of most industries in Shanxi is low. |
