| Abstract: | After our country's entry into the WTO the support policy of public financial to agriculture ought to beadjusted step by step according to the regulations of agriculture of WTO. This paper emphatically analyzed theagricultural public financial expenditure policy of Hunan province under the frame of WTO in the new period andsuggested dividing the agricultural public financial expenditure into three parts: the public expenditure inagriculture, the controllable expenditure in agriculture and the protective expenditure in agriculture. In order toimprove the efficiency of the financial funds in agriculture, different parts should adopt different policy decisionsand different expenditure policy. |
