中小企业社会化服务体系建设模式初探

中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部份。为了促进中小企业的发展，必须建设和完善针对中小企业发展的社会化服务体系。其有效地服务体系的运行模式，应该是由政府发起，由社会各类中介机构作为服务主体。政府部门应该按照中益性服务机构、商业性服务机构、行业协会等其它服务机构的不同性质，通过政策和法律等手段，建立相应的机制，推动各类服务对中小企业实施有效地服务，从而促进我国小企业的发展。

On Construction Mode of Socialized Service System in Small and Medium Enterprises

Small and medium enterprises are the main component of our national economy. To develop the small and medium enterprises, we should build and improve relevant socialized service system, and the operating mode of effective service system should be initiated by the government, serving all kinds of social intermediate agency. According to different properties of non-profit service organization, commercial service organization, and trade association, the government should set up relevant mechanism, promote the service of all levels to small and medium enterprises, and advance the development of Chinese small and medium enterprises by means of policy and laws.
