| 摘 要： | 农民土地权益是农村土地制度改革情况的直接反映。狭义上的农民土地权益主要包括土地生存权和土地发展权。基于"产权结构—要素流动"的理论分析模型,改革开放以来,中国农村土地政策变革下的农民土地权益变迁过程划分为三个阶段。这三个阶段在本质上也就是土地生存权和土地发展权逐步实现的过程。
