| Abstract: | The establishment of effective teaching work and teaching quality management mechanism is the important guarantee of teaching quality in university. The creation of teaching management mechanism in university needs total new concepts to do researches in teaching management mechanism,from the following aspects,such as incentive mechanism,supervision mechanism,evaluation mechanism and competitive mechanism etc. |
