系统集成型企业的压力及中国企业国际化发展对策

本文认为,系统集成型企业是指全球化条件下决定世界商业体系构架和各门类产业链模式或产业网络模式及其价值配置规则与结构的企业。系统集成型企业具有强大的以技术和管理创新能力为基础的产业技术整合与产业管理整合能力,通过向产业价值网上的各类主体及其他社会利益相关者传导技术压力、市场压力、管理压力、政府资源争夺压力来实施产业技术和管理整合,从而实现自己的产业发展意志。我国本土企业要实现更加有效的国际化发展,必须充分认识系统集成型企业的职能及特点,通过加入跨国公司全球制造网,发展跨国战略联盟,建立商业生态系统等方式,吸收利用外界资源和力量,以系统的而不仅仅是自身的力量承接并解除来自于系统集成型企业的压力,并最终成为系统集成型企业。

The Stress of System-integrated Enterprise and Countermeasure of International Development of Chinese Enterprises

System-integrated enterprise can transmit stress on technology, market, management and governmental resource obtainment to different kinds of principal parts and other social benefit relevant units. Then system-integrated enterprise can realize their industrial development wish by means of implementing industrial technology and management integration. Chinese enterprises are required to break up the stress from system-integrated enterprise and keep steady and healthy development by transnational strategy alliance.
