| 摘 要： | 主导和主体，是两个不同的概念，在产学研合作中应具有不同的地位，发挥不同的作用。文章认为，对于企业来说，在产学研合作中主体地位对其更为合适和恰当。在区分企业主导型和企业主体型产学研合作，以及对传统的企业主导型产学研合作模式进行反思和批判的基础上，构建企业主体型产学研合作模式，既要在思想观念上对其主体地位加以明确和认可，又要找准主体地位发挥的领域和重点，同时还要在体系和机制上加以保障。
