| Abstract: | Shenyang takes the advantages of good chances,such as the national policy to promote old industrial bases in north-east China and the 12th National Games etc.,to build itself into a central city and an international metropolis facing South-east Asia. Therefore,Shenyang government dedicates to implement 5 strategies:Competitive Shenyang,Harmonious Shenyang,Green Shenyang,Smooth Shenyang,and Cultural Shenyang,so as to improve the urban sustainable development. |
