基于有限元的动力电池电极翻边分析

摘    要:为解决某动力电池铝电极极耳的翻边变形问题,采用Hypermesh及Abaqus有限元分析软件联合对其进行分析计算,结果表明:张力角越大,压辊半径越小,翻边变形越大,同时提出了实际可行的解决方案。

Abstract:To resolve the problem with the deformation of the aluminum electrode for a power battery,the finite element analysis software Hypermesh and Abaqus was used,it was shown that bigger the tensor angle is and smaller the radius is,bigger the flanging deformation is.The feasible method was put forward in the same time.
